OUR M·A·C STORE LOCATIONS ARE OPEN NATIONWIDE.

In-store Makeup Services. Makeup Services are available at all M·A·C locations. Click here to view our Makeup Services. To book a Makeup Service in store, please contact your nearest store.

As we continue to prioritise the health and safety of our employees and customers, we have implemented operational changes and increased safety measures in-store. We are following all local guidelines and taking extra precautions including:

Incorporating changes to our testers policy: Our testers will be available, but they can only be tried on hands using the single-use disposable applicators provided and always under the guidance of a M·A·C artist. We are also encouraging the use of samples so that you can try M·A·C products in the safety of your own home.

Deep cleaning all stores prior to opening: In addition to disinfecting our counters, point-of-sale and makeup stools at regular intervals throughout the day, our stores will have a thorough clean before opening to the public.

Following enhanced sanitisation measures: Hand sanitiser will be readily available in all stores for both staff and customers use.

Adhering to social distancing standards: We will be limiting the number of customers allowed in-store at any given time, and ask that you please adhere to directions provided by staff. In addition, floor decals will be provided to help guide a safe customer journey and ensure social distancing measures are adhered to at all times.
